Understands and promotes departmental and property-wide promotions.

Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere providing the guest with a good gaming experience, and notifying Slot Supervisor of any guest needs, i.e., cocktails, host service, etc.

Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service.

Advises Slot Supervisor of any player disputes or issues that may arise during the game.

Conducts the station in accordance with policies and procedures, notifying Slot Supervisor of any irregularities.

Protects and controls specific station assigned.
